The New FIAT 500L MPW Seven-Seater

The FIAT 500L MPW seven-seater is a fun, yet sensible family compact car. It is a new version of the FIAT 500L that arrived in the United States this summer, offering a roomier, five-door hatchback based on the stylish FIAT 500. “MPW” stands for “multi-purpose wagon,” although the terms “magic power wagon” and “more playful weekends” also apply.

Fiat 500 Spacious Seating

It’s the space efficiency of the FIAT 500L MPW that makes it super practical. At 163 inches long, 70 inches wide, and 65 inches high, this vehicle blurs the lines between a hatchback, an MPV and an SUV with a larger cargo area than its competing MPVs. The two rear seats that are designed for your kids pull up from the floor of the cargo area. The middle row slides backward and forward. All rear seats, plus the passenger seat, can be flipped forward. Whether it is people or cargo that you are transporting, you can configure the area to fit your needs.

Added to the ability to adjust the seating arrangement for better comfort, large windows provide an open, airy feel for passengers to enjoy.

Engine and Transmission

Available FIAT 500L MPW engines include the 105-PS, 0.9-liter TwinAir Turbo and the 95-PS, 1.4-liter 16V as well as two turbo-diesels: the 105-PS, 1.6-liter MultiJet II and the 85-PS, 1.3-liter MultiJet II, which comes with the option of automatic transmission.
